Delete Your MissCaps Account
MissCaps lets you request account deletion directly inside the app. This page explains where to find the option, what happens when you use it, and the limited blockchain exception that may remain after deletion.

In-App Path
How to request deletion
Open MissCaps and sign in
Use the account you want to remove. Account deletion is currently completed inside the app.
Go to Me
Open the Me section of the app.
Tap Delete Account
Choose Delete Account.
Confirm with your email address
Enter the email address bound to the account, then confirm the deletion request.
Before You Delete
- If you still have capsules in active or triggered status, delete them manually in the app first. The app blocks account closure until those capsules are cleared.
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data deleted from MissCaps systems
- Account profile and sign-in related account data stored by MissCaps
- Check-in records and related activity data
- Capsules and associated data still stored in MissCaps systems after any required manual cleanup
- App settings and other account-linked personal data handled by MissCaps
Important blockchain exception
If a capsule's SHA-256 proof hash has already been written to the public Solana blockchain, that on-chain record is immutable and cannot be deleted. This public hash does not expose your plaintext capsule content, but the proof record itself may remain visible on the blockchain after your MissCaps account is deleted.
